MagicCon Features Preview!

MagicCon can be an overwhelming place. There are games to play, boosters to crack, panels to watch, swag to grab, guests to meet…the list goes on. That’s why we’ve put together a handy little cheat sheet of some of the major features you’ll be seeing in Las Vegas this October to give you an idea of just how much STUFF we have planned for you! 

Come meet MagicCon: Las Vegas’s special guests at Magic Meet & Greets! Don’t miss out on this chance to get an autograph and some time with some of the biggest names in the Magic community! Check out the full schedule below to see when your favorites will be ready to meet.

Come face-to-face with your favorite Magic Content Creators at Creator Central! Speak with them about their unique playstyles and formats, get to know what makes them such big Magic fans, and maybe even catch a live game with the creators themselves! This is also your chance to score some stamps in your MagicCon Passport. Don’t know about the MagicCon Passport? Learn all about it here!

The biggest panels and most exciting announcements will happen live on the Mana Stage! Go in depth on Magic’s future during the Preview Panel, see some of our best Cosplayers duke it out during our Cosplay Contest, or experience the exhilarating Game Knights Live with hundreds of other fans as you cheer for your favorite creators. The stage is set, so grab your seat and get ready for the biggest panels on the biggest stage!

Looking for something a little a little more community driven? We’ve got just the thing: Community Panels! These fantastic community-driven events are chock-full of interesting deep-dives into Magic’s past, fun activities for everyone to participate in, and even appearances from some of the Magic communities biggest names. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the show floor to get to know your fellow Magic fans in the Community Panel room and see what Magic’s greatest fans have in store for you!

Panels are fun and exciting, but it wouldn’t be a Magic event without a chance to…you know…PLAY SOME MAGIC! Ticketed Play Events are running throughout the whole weekend, with dozens of different event types and tournaments. Draft, commander, legacy, sealed; you name it, we’ve got it scheduled. Ticketed Play Events are limited in number, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible for as many events as you can squeeze into your schedule!

The fan favorite feature Art of Magic returns to Las Vegas with over forty artists showcasing their talents across the show floor. Come prepared with cards to sign and bags ready to fill with prints as you meet some of Magic’s most famous artists displaying their iconic works from across the game’s decades-long history.

Even beyond these great features, you’ll still have the whole show floor to walk, exhibitors to explore, pins to collect and trade, and more!
