In just one week, the Gathering will arrive in Las Vegas for the largest MagicCon yet! Since MagicCon: Las Vegas will be packed with play events, panels, special guests, and more, we wanted to give you all the tips and information to make your weekend amazing. All of the information below will help you get the most out of the show and prepare you for your weekend. Read on for answers to all of your burning questions!
Use the Info Tab
The “Info” tab on the MagicCon Vegas website is a great place to start if you have unanswered questions about the MagicCon: Las Vegas experience.
It includes information about ADA Accessibility Services, the MagicCon Code of Conduct, a helpful FAQ, the latest MagicCon news, and more.
MagicCon Mobile App
The official MagicCon mobile app is your one stop shop for navigating the show floor, personalizing your weekend schedule, participating in the scavenger hunt, and scrolling through all that MagicCon: Las Vegas has to offer!
By downloading the official MagicCon mobile app, you can discover exhibitor specials and participate in all interactive parts of the show floor.
Traveling to the Las Vegas Convention Center
MagicCon: Las Vegas will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall, West Entrance. The address is 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Parking is limited at the Las Vegas Convention Center, but there are many public transportation and ride sharing options to flash you into MagicCon at instant speed. Click here for information on the Vegas Loop, the Las Vegas Monorail, taxi, rental car, and ride share information.
If taking the Vegas Loop, make sure you get off at the LVCC Central Station. MagicCon is not accessible via the South Station.
Check out the convention center maps here for available parking options. The Platinum Lot is the closest lot to the MagicCon entrance.
Important Note: All access to MagicCon: Las Vegas is at the West Entrance. Please make sure to instruct your taxi or ride share driver to drop you at the South Hall, West entrance.
Badges & Merchandise Pick-Up
A MagicCon badge is required for entry to all events at MagicCon. If you are an international attendee or purchased a badge after 5/7/25, your badge will be available for pick up onsite at Registration/Will Call as soon as you enter the show floor. You will need your QR code confirmation email and a photo ID to receive your badge.
Registration/Will Call hours
- Thursday, June 19: 12:00 – 6:00 PM
- Friday, June 20: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday, June 21: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday, June 22: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
All pre-order merchandise purchased after 5/7/25 must be picked up at the Show Store on Level 2. Please look for the designated “Pre-Order Merchandise” queue. The Show Store opens daily at 10:00 AM.
Badge Activation
Once you have your badge in hand, make sure to activate it to take full advantage of all the experiences MagicCon has to offer!
Badge Activation is an important part of enhancing your overall MagicCon experience and is required to pick up your Ticketed Merch. By activating your badge, you are able to connect your information to your unique badge number which connects us to you! Please make sure your badge is activated prior to picking up your merchandise as your badge will be scanned for pick up onsite.
How to activate your badge:
- You must have your physical badge to complete badge activation. Once you receive your badge in the mail or pick up your badge from Registration/Will Call, you may begin the activation process.
- Download the MagicCon: Las Vegas Mobile App OR Click here for Badge Activation
- Follow the on-screen prompts and guides
- Use the 10-digit code (under the QR Code) on the back of your badge for the activation code.
- Badge Activation is all set!
Please note, only one badge can be activated per mobile device
Entry & Queue
IF YOU NEED TO PICK UP YOUR BADGE:
If you did not receive your badge in the mail prior to the event, you will need to pick up your badge at Registration/Will Call on Level 1.
To pick up your badge from Registration/Will Call, you will pass through the security check point at the West entrance of the South Hall and then proceed to Registration/Will Call.
Please have your photo ID and the QR code from your purchase confirmation email ready before you get to the front of the line. You must have a physical badge to enter MagicCon: Las Vegas.
Please make sure you activate your badge once you receive it.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR BADGE:
If you have your badge, make sure to pick up the merchandise included in your badge package! Visit the Ticketed Merch Pick Up area right next to Registration/Will Call on Level 1. You will need your physical badge to pick up your merchandise.
Ticketed Merchandise is only available for pick up at the event. You may pick up your ticketed merchandise at any time during event hours. If you do not pick up your ticketed merchandise, you will forfeit your product as shipping after the event is not available.
Ticketed Merch Pick-Up opens Friday through Sunday at 8:30 AM. We strongly encourage you to come back later if the line is long, as your merchandise is guaranteed for pick up until the show closes.Once you have your badge and merchandise, proceed to the Morning Queue area and follow the signage and staff instructions on which queue to enter. The Show Floor will not open until 10:00 AM.
There will be a dedicated ADA line for those with accessibility needs. Look for ADA Queue signage in the West Lobby near the Meet & Greet Wristband Distribution desk. ADA stickers will be available upon request.
If you purchased a Black Lotus VIP badge, enter via your exclusive entrance and head directly to the Black Lotus VIP lounge on Level 2 (Room S223) to receive your badge and all merchandise included in your badge package. Please review the Black Lotus VIP hours as you will not be granted access to the building or the lounge earlier than 8:30 AM.

The Las Vegas Convention Center is a massive, and since MagicCon is bigger than ever, we recommend you thoroughly checking out our maps to make sure you know where all the key locations are for your trip, including:
- Security/Lost and Found - S106
- Quiet Room - S105
- Meet & Greet Wristband Distribution – West Lobby, Level 1
- Info Booth – West Lobby – Level 1
- The Lost Tavern – Level 2, S219
- Access limited to Black Lotus VIP and Legendary VIP badge holders
Accessibility
At MagicCon, we take accessibility seriously for all of our attendees, and strive to create an environment where all are welcome. ADA stickers will be available upon request at registration, and ADA seating and queues will be utilized throughout the show. Official Show Store
The MagicCon: Las Vegas Show Store – on Level 2 - is bringing new shirts, new hats, new pins, and plenty more to grab commemorate your trip to MagicCon.
For every 150$ you spend at the Official Show Store, you’ll also receive an additional promo in the form of a swamp land card beautifully illustrated by John Avon.
Join Us at the official MagicCon Party!
The fun doesn’t stop when the show floor closes! Join us at the Edge of Eternity and celebrate the first night of Summer! MagicCon: Las Vegas kicks off with an out of this world party on Friday night. Let the cosmic sounds of Grumgully and DJ Elliot launch your weekend into the stratosphere. Dance, party and sing Karaoke with us at AREA15 from 9 PM.

Ticketed Play and On Demand Events
The list of Ticketed Play Events at MagicCon: Las Vegas is huge, with events of all kinds including drafts, modern, standard, and some that are just a bit too chaotic to nail down in a single word! Make sure to register as early as possible, as Ticketed Play Events can and will sell out. All event registration closes one hour prior to the start of the event.
There will be plenty of On Demand events available as well, ensuring you always have a way to get some games in.
Ticketed Play HQ is on level 1 of the convention center. Head there for all Ticketed Play Events, as well as to get answers to any questions you might have and to sign up for On Demand events.
There’s also large amounts of dedicated Free Play space across the show floor and the Command Zone that is open to all attendees. Learn more about all of the play opportunities at MagicCon: Las Vegas here.
Mana Stage and Panel Room Content
There are many panels to experience at MagicCon: Las Vegas all weekend long, we’ve had to split them between three separate stages! The Spindown Panel Room and Showcase Panel Room will host fantastic content brought to you by creators and community members alike, while the Mana Stage brings back fan-favorite heavy hitters like Game Knights Live and The Preview Panel. Creator Central Presented by Dragon Shield
This interactive section of the show floor brings you face-to-face with your favorite MTG Content Creators. Witness a Spectacle Play event, meet and greet personalities you know and love at the Creator Play area, and watch live games from your favorite Magic stars in-person!
Magic Meet & Greets
Some of the biggest names in Magic will be available to meet at MagicCon: Las Vegas! Check out the Meet & Greet schedule for a full rundown of who’s who and where to find them.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to this popularity, select Meet & Greets will require a wristband to participate. Meet & Greets requiring a wristband will be labeled with 'Wristband Required’ in their session title on the Meet & Greet Schedule page. These include the following guests:
- The Professor
- Game Knights
- Brian Kibler and Olivia Gobert-Hicks
Meet & Greet wristbands will be distributed the morning of the scheduled Meet & Greet in the West Lobby by the Information Booth.
Distribution begins every day at 8:30 AM and is open until all wristbands have been distributed for the day.
Information:
- Meet & Greet Wristbands are first come, first serve.
- There are more eligible attendees than wristbands available, so make sure to visit the distribution desk as soon as you arrive.
- You may only collect one wristband per Meet & Greet for each attendee present at the distribution booth (while supplies last).
- No guests or plus ones are allowed to accompany you to the Meet & Greet. All members of your group must have a wristband to participate.
- You must have a valid MagicCon: Las Vegas badge for the day of the Meet & Greet to participate. Wristbands are not an additional cost.
- When there are multiple wristbanded Meet & Greets in a day, there will be a separate line for each one.
- If you receive a wristband, you are guaranteed a spot at the Meet & Greet as long as you arrive 15 minutes before the session ends.
If you do not receive a wristband for a Meet & Greet that requires a wristband, you are not eligible to participate.
There will be no standby or overflow queues for these popular events.
After you received your wristband in the West Lobby, please make your way to Magic Meet & Greets on the Show Floor, Level 2, at the time listed for the session.
Family Magic
Get creative at MagicCon: Las Vegas! Whether you’re looking for a place to get some Magic play in, an activity for the whole family, or want to make friendship bracelets with other fans, Family Magic is the place for everyone!
The Gathering Grounds – New!
The Gathering Grounds is a new, dedicated space at MagicCon that is open to all attendees! Designed to celebrate everything that makes us different and lift up those from historically marginalized and underrepresented groups, this is a place to gather, play games, make new connections, promote organizations and more!
The Gathering Grounds is making its debut at MagicCon: Las Vegas this summer, and we are thrilled to share the organizations that we have partnered with to participate in this space for the first time.
The Art of Magic
There’s no better way to experience the history of our favorite game than through The Art of Magic. You’ll be able to meet some of the talented artists who have created iconic card art during Magic’s lifespan, from the most recognizable staples to the most stunning alternate arts. See the artists who will be joining us at MagicCon: Las Vegas.
Pin Trading Program
Bring the “Trading” back to your favorite trading card game with the Pin Trading Program! Collect all the exclusive MagicCon: Las Vegas event pins by purchasing pins at the Official Show Store, visiting our official pin trading exhibitors, getting an exclusive at our Pin Trading Booth, and by trading with participating staff members and other MagicCon attendees! The Magic Marketplace will be full of exhibitors bringing their products and expertise to the show floor. Booths stocked with singles and tables overflowing with accessories await you down every lane of the convention hall. End Step
Level 2 will close daily at 7:00 PM (6:00 PM Sunday), but Ticketed Play on Level 1 will run until 11:59 PM on Friday and Saturday night, and 6:00 PM on Sunday. Please make sure to wrap up all of your purchases and play on Level 2 before we close daily.
On Demand Events are limited after 7:00 PM on Friday and Saturday so secure your vouchers and register early by going to Ticketed Play HQ on Level 1.
